Snape eyed the taller man, tracing his mouth with one long, thing finger as he did so.
“The usual rules do not apply in this case. You know as well as I that the Dark Lord rarely trusts anyone. I, luckily, have gained his trust. I, alone, can question him about his plans.”
The second man began to speak, but Snape lifted his hand in the air, warning him to remain quiet.
“No more of this talk. I shall investigate. Only me. Now hurry along before anyone spots you.”

The Dursley's leave Privit Drive
Dumbledore is not who we think he is. There is quite a bit about DD in relation to Grindewald and most surprisingly, Luna Lovegood's father.
The Deathly Hallows are not the horcruxes but rather object Harry learns about in a children's story.
Harry gets drunk in one chapter.
RAB is exactly who we think he is.
Kreacher turns out to be of great assistance to the trio.
Umbridge comes back and is just as vile as ever.
Voldemort has the power to mess with your mind when youa re trying to destry a horcrux. He uses this power to trick Ron into believeing that Hermione and Harry are in love with each other.
Aberforth is in the book.
The trio ends up at Hogwarts near the end of the book and Harry goes inside the Ravenclaw common room with Luna.
Snape is the Headmaster.
Ron and Hermione kiss in chapter 31.
Tonks and Lupin have a baby only to be killed in the battle of Hogwarts.

7 deaths throughout the course of the book.

Molly Weasley, Lupin, Snape, Bellatrix, Hagrid, Kreacher and Voldemort

- Harry 'barely survives' the final encounter and at point believes his
beloved Ginny to be dead.

- It is revealed that Snape killed Dumbledore on 'Dumbledores' Orders.
Dumbledore knew he could still communicate with Harry in the afterlife.
For when Harry destroys a Horcrux the barrier between the living and the
dead is temporerily Lifted allowing Dumbledore to come through (This doesnt
mean DD's back however, he appears in the book twice in very small scenes.
Very small but very important)
So yes Sanpe is a good guy, he plays a 'vital' part in the final battle and
Voldemorts destruction.

- Kreacher is a HORCRUX

- The image on the american book cover is a reference to a scene in a place
called Lestbury Hallow. The ancient momument serves as a headquarters for
Voldemort and his death eaters.

- The Image on the English Childrens edition is a refernce to a scene at
Gringotts were the trio encounter Kreacher and a battle between the three
and numerous house elves is waged.

- The Book ends with an enourmous wizard battle on muggle territory. The
houses of parlaiment play host to most thrilling fight scene yet. But the
final confrontation happens in the great hall at hogwarts were Snape is
finally unmasked as the good guy, and both he a voldemort meet their deaths.

- Harry must live without his magical powers. This is the price he pays for
Voldemorts destruction. The book ends with Ginny at Harrys bedside.
Then the final Chapter shows Ron and Hermione together years later.
Harry and ginny are together and the very very final bit of the book shows
harry at the dinner table at christmas and suddenly something moves. 'Are
Harrys magical powers back?'

Harry starts out at privet drive where lv appears and murders someone, but does not try to kill harry. the order shows up and rescues him, and an order member dies. they go to the burrow and harry finds a very interesting fact about the weasleys. krum and fleur are there- its basically a big reunion. harry learns about the prophecy of his parents, and that night in a dream he kills voldemort in a place he cant quite remember. he awakes to find out he's been kidnapped by the death eaters, along with hermione and ron. voldemort orders harry to kill hermione, but harry wont. voldemort explains something about why he can't kill harry yet, and why he needs him. voldemort is about to kill ron when a certain old creature arrives and rescues them, and severely injures voldemort, who also injures the creature. the creature takes them to godric's hollow, where they find an old friend who sent the creature to rescue them, and has taken in the wealey's
and harry's possessions. harry finds a note left for him by his mother. there is a big plot twist. someone dies. it turns out snape is there. then it gets really interesting, because somebody who has previously worked against harry starts helping him find horcruxes. one of them is an object harry can access at the hollow, but he doesn't want to destroy it. harry takes his apparition test and can now apparate, but the ministry says that he must return in 90 days or they will issue a warrant thing for his capture to be tried for something. this is where things get really
interesting. so i will stop.

-The Deathly Hallows are NOT the horcruxes. They are part of magical
folklore, and Harry is told of their story in the chapter 'The Tale of
the Three Brothers'. Voldemort has always been intrigued by the myth,
and the final horcrux that Harry has to find, is located in the Deathly
Hallows. When Harry hears the story, he realises the connection to
Voldemort.

Snape's loyalty? I found this to be the saddest part of the book. As many
people guessed, all was not what it seemed with Dumbledore, and the two
did indeed have a plan that would eventually result in Snape killing
him. But, Snape was only in on things for personal gain, and when
Voldemort learns of this, he is obviously furious with Snape. Snape
tries to make up for things by luring Harry to him, but Harry manages
to escape, and Voldemort kills Snape before the final conflict.

I don't know what all these rumours are about Voldemort kidnapping Ron,
it's a complete lie. Ron is killed by Bellatrix Lestrange in The Battle
of Hogwarts, but Neville manages to finish off Bellatrix after Ron
weakens her before his death.
Harry is not a horcrux.

As I've already stated, Voldemort kills Snape.
Voldemort is killed in the Department Of Mysteries. He baits Harry about his parents, Sirius, Dumbledore and Ron. which turns out to be the worst thing Voldemort could have done. As Voldemort steps out into the circular bit with many doors, Harry opens the locked door, and Voldemort is destroyed by the blinding light, which heals Harry, who seems close to death (he does not die).
The cover art shows Voldemort + Harry at the Deathly Hallows, Harry is attempting to summon Voldemort's Horcrux, as Voldemort is doing his best to keep the enchantment in place.
No-one loses a body part, no idea where that came from?
Also Harry does not get drunk whoever said that.
Harry does not lose his powers.
The worst part of the book is easily the epilogue, as JKR seems to focus completely on ships. There are no surprises I'm afraid, Harry + Ginny, Ron + Hermione.
Lily's eyes (you won't believe me) are the result of a failed love potion that Snape attempted to administer her. Snape believed if he could turn Lily into a Slytherin, she would love him (this sounds like a terrible fanfic I know, it does make sense when you read it), and despite a cure being found, her eyes remained green.
